Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs a flat £9.99, and delivery normally takes 48 hours. We phone the producers when we receive your order, and they prepare it for shipping the next day. The courier then picks it up from the producer and you should have your cider within 2 working days after that. Generally it arrives the day after it was collected.

The maximum weight for an individual delivery is 20kg; this is the weight of 20 litres of cider. If you want more cider than that, please contact us for shipping information.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to the Scottish Highlands, nor to anywhere not on the UK mainland at that flat rate. If you need to send cider further abroad, please get in touch for a quote but be aware that it may be extremely expensive; for example a recent request from Israel resulted in a shipping quote costing £75 for 10L!
