Roger's dry cider is bone dry, and intensely appley. If you're not used to dry cider
your first sip will be a surprise, but carry on for a gulp or two and you'll soon have
revealed to you a complex, light cider which will give you new understanding and appreciation
of the Somerset style of ciders.
Roger blends the medium from a combination of the dry and sweet barrels. You can let us know when
ordering if you have a preference for the blend - 75% dry is quite a good choice if you like it
"dry but not too dry".
